  • How do I request a Solar PV Installer or electrician (“WiAgent”)?
    To request a WiAgent follow these steps: When the app is open, please select the service you require to book (including Solar PV installations, Electrical services or PV GreenCard training). An interactive and easy to use chat in the app will open for you to specify the assistance you require including the “choosing your location”, the app will set your pickup location via GPS; If you need to change the location, type in your exact address. If you’re getting an error message, please wait a couple of minutes and try to request again.
  • How are the prices calculated?
    By inputting your location in the app and the service you require, you can see an approximate fee breakdown for the service you booked at the top of the screen.
  • Is it possible to schedule a booking of solar PV installer to a later date request?
    Yes, it’s all possible in the WiEnergi app. The platform will send your request to the nearest WiAgent to book when you are ready for him/her to deliver the service.
  • How can I become a WiAgent?
    To become a WiEnergi partner, please fill out a form on the website https://www.wienergi.com/partner. We will respond to your request within 24 to 48 hours. If you are having difficulty signing up, please email info@wienergi.com to log a query and one of our customer service members will get back to you.
  • How do I download the WiEnergi app?
    If you have an iPhone or an Android phone you can download the "WiEnergi" app and the “WiEnergiPartner” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • How do I reset my password?
    To reset your password go to “Account” in the app. Enter the email address you used to register then click "submit". An email will be sent to your registered account with a reset password link. Once the email arrives, click the reset password link to continue. If you still experience problems after following the above steps, please email info@wienergi.com to log a query and one of our customer service members will get back to you.
  • How do I know if you service my area?
    WiEnergi is available in every major city of each province in South Africa and surrounding towns. To see if we service your area, simply enter your location in the App. If we don't service your area, please email info@wienergi.com to request for your area to be covered.
  • Can I call in to place an order?
    Placing an order on the WiEnergi Platform is fully online and automated. This ensures that your order is expedited, and you can track your order live.
  • My app isn't working! What should I do?
    If you are getting an error or your app is not working properly, please do one or more of the following: Check your internet connection Update your App Reboot your App Close and reopen the App
  • What payment options do I have?
    You can select to pay with your card or instant EFT in the app.
  • How do you ensure the safety of customer’s credit card information?
    We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously. We work closely with Payfast, a market leader in online payments.
  • Can I pay in cash?
    No, unfortunately you cannot pay in cash. This is to protect the integrity of the Platform but most importantly you, our customer! You can however book the service and pay later.
  • How do I report an incident with WiAgent?
    To report an incident or to share a driver compliment or suggestion please email info@wienergi.com to log a query and one of our customer service members will get back to you.
